>> Thursday 1 April 2010

There are vast arrays of beautiful home interior candles, and you will be spoilt for choice when looking in your local store or online shop. The range of different types of candles can overwhelm you, first of all you may want the traditional taper wax candle maybe gel or beeswax or Trapp. In these modern times buying drip less taper candles might be what you are looking for. Whatever your choice there is nothing better on the dinner table that showing off the candles in an iron candle holder. Most candles these days come scented or unscented some can even come with a triple scented aroma , prices can range from just a few dollars to many hundreds of dollars, top of the range handmade designer candles can cost much more.

If you’re not in a position to purchase expensive products, or you would like to make your own scented, soy, gel or beeswax candles then you’ll find plenty of wholesale candles suppliers online willing to sell you all the material to get you started. I personally make my own, and it can be very inexpensive to do this, I normally purchase candle wax and wicks from my local suppliers. Even the local craft shop should be able to get you up and running with your new project quickly. Once you have made your first candle you’ll want to make more, the best thing about making your own candle is you can dye the wax mould it into whatever shape you want, use fragrance oils or make scented candles maybe even try making a masterpiece of your own all for a fraction of the price of a shop purchased product. When making your own candles thou please beware that the wax is highly combustible never leave the wax unattended especially with children around so work with caution but most of all enjoy want your doing.

Everyone should have beautiful candles around the home or at the dinner table, and if they are one of your own creations then even better whether you use the candles or they are there just for decoration.
